Survey design and analysis
We use internet applications to conduct on-line surveys for your company. We design custom

Interview studies
Our in-depth interviews offer rich insight into organizational issues. We develop revealing questions,
conduct telephone or face-to-face interviews, and synthesize results in a comprehensive report. The
interviews are recorded and transcribed, and the reports illustrate key findings with descriptive

Focus groups
We facilitate focus group discussions, in-person and by phone. These interactive discussions reveal
