Team Building Programs

Team members must maintain a balance. They need to be both in tune with each other and aligned with organizational goals. Okun Consulting provides customized team-building programs that combine assessment, feedback and facilitation to achieve these goals. The programs offer useful approaches to a variety of challenges, including those faced by teams that are newly-formed, or remotely-managed, or cross-functional, or even in conflict … or any combination of those situations.

As a trained mediator, I can facilitate discussion between disputing parties, or facilitate group meetings to discuss difficult issues. In addition, I lead strategic planning and visioning meetings, to help organizations create a climate in which growth and change can flourish.
