Personnel Assessment Services Okun Consulting uses sophisticated on-line assessment tools to help leaders learn about themselves, their direct reports, and their potential hires. Prehire Assessment Bad hiring decisions can be costly, particularly in key positions. I offer a one-day pre-employment assessment process that provides employers with in-depth information on an applicant's strengths and areas for development, as well as projected "job fit." The assessment increases employers' ability to select employees who best match job requirements, and screens out applicants who might be disruptive to an organization. In addition, this tool can be used in helping decision-makers to fairly evaluate internal candidates for development, promotion, and succession planning. The assessment process includes a personality inventory, cognitive tests, in-depth behavioral interview, and an extensive background questionnaire. I provide clients with timely verbal feedback and a written summary of results.
