Leadership coaching
Coaching helps business leaders hone skills and gain perspectives needed to effectively lead an organization or team. These intensive one-on-one sessions are tailored to fit individual needs and can be conducted in person or by telephone. Roxanne Gray’s coaching style blends training and experience in counseling psychology and business. She approaches the work with empathy, supportiveness, and a strong goal orientation.

Employee development
Employee development involves improving current job skills and developing skills for future responsibilities and new positions. We help you create development programs and plans for high-potential employees, new managers, and those taking on new roles and responsibilities in your organization. We also provide coaching and development planning for employees with specific performance issues.

Multi-rater feedback
We offer multi-rater feedback for individuals or teams. This development tool provides managers and leaders with an opportunity to receive feedback on their job performance from the people around them– their boss, their peers and the people whose work they supervise. From this feedback, managers can compare the opinions of others with their own perceptions, positively identify their strengths, and pinpoint the areas of their job performance that could be improved. The feedback is used to create individual development plans that focus on areas of highest impact.

Pre-hire assessment
Bad hiring decisions are costly, especially in key positions. Our pre-employment assessment process draws on extensive experience and uses proven, objective methodologies to identify candidates who best match job requirements. Assessments are also used to help decision-makers fairly evaluate internal candidates for development, promotion, and succession planning decisions.

Performance management
