Roxanne Okun Gray, Ph.D. is Principal and Founder of Okun Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in organizational development and workplace research. Roxanne opened her business in 2000, at the peak of the dot com boom. While initially catering to the high tech industry, the business quickly expanded into the financial services and insurance markets. Okun Consulting now serves a wide range of industries in the private and nonprofit sectors.
Roxanne was previously a consultant with Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global human resources firm. She has worked with managers in large and small organizations, including Hewlett-Packard, Wells Fargo, Xerox, Sun Microsystems, Financial Pacific Insurance Company, and the United States Postal Service. Her corporate career includes several years in marketing research and planning at Leo Burnett Company, a top advertising agency in Chicago.
Roxanne earned her MA and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology; her MBA in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College. Roxanne is a licensed psychologist in California. She has served on the Board of Directors at Conciliation Forums of Oakland, a community-based nonprofit organization providing mediation services and training in conflict management. She is an Affiliate Consultant with Olive Grove Consulting.
